Must-haves: 2 bedrooms plus additional work from home space

Loves: room to cook and entertain (no tiny kitchens or lack of dining space).

Timeline: close before July 1

Notes: cash buyer! not picky on style, but doesn’t want to do more than cosmetic projects. Tends to like craftsman or ramblers homes with some modern updates.

NW burbs: Robbinsdale, Crystal, St. Louis Park

Must-haves: 2 car garage, primary bedroom on save level as bathroom, clearance in basement and/or half story that accommodates tall people!

Loves: modern look, well-executed updates, a good deal :)

Timeline: flexible

Notes: non-contingent; able and willing to do some updates but nothing extensive.

Buyer 3

3+/2+/2+ up to $600k

Loves: 5 bedrooms ideal, funky/artsy vibes, tudor and craftsmans, walkability to local shops

Notes: would also consider new construction. Really doesn’t like corner lots

Loves: 3- and 4-splits, open kitchen and living areas
